Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: At Ausrine SkinCare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy with the following terms:

- ⦿ Condition of Product: The product should be in its original, unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- ⦿ Restocking/Disposal Fee: A 50% restocking/disposal fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

- ⦿ Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Refund Policy
Eligibility Period: You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
